文章对文化视角下档案编研工作的研究现状进行梳理,对两者之间的关系进行界定。提出文化建设背景下档案编研形式需进一步丰富、编研程度需进一步深化、编研队伍需进一步完善、编研成果需进一步推广。在此基础上,探究了档案编研工作的新思路,即拓展编研选题、丰富编研形式、优化队伍结构及推广编研成果。

The article combings research status about the subject of archives compilation under the background of cultural construction and defines the relationship between the two.The article pointes out that the format of archives compilation needs to be richer,the degree of archives compilation needs to be deepened,the editorial research team needs to be improved,the results needs to be promoted.On this basis,the article proposes new ideas,expanding the topic,riching the form,optimizing team structure and promoting the results.
