摘要
乡土音乐是中华传统文化的重要组成部分,是形成中华民族音乐各美其美的源泉,传承乡土音乐就是留住中华民族音乐的根脉。学校音乐教育,尤其是基础音乐教育是传承乡土音乐的重要载体,为基础音乐教育培养具备教授乡土音乐能力的师资,是当今时代对高师音乐教育人才培养的期待。高师音乐教育应响应期待,在课程设置中保障其学时与学分,在师资建设中以“1+N”的方式增强师资力量,在教学形式上构建师生学习共同体,在实践中依托“产学研”项目、大学生创新项目和实习等方面加强实践,不断深化改革,让当地的乡土音乐全方位的融入培养方案,植根课堂与实践,努力把学生培养成为当地乡土音乐文化优秀的表演者、传承者和教育者。
Local music is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,and it is the source of the beauty of Chinese national music.The inheritance of local music is the key point of retaining the root of Chinese national music.College music education,especially basic music education,is an important carrier for inheriting local music.To train teachers with the ability to teach local music for basic music education is the social expectation of higher education in the current era.Music education in higher normal schools should respond to expectations,guarantee their time and credits in the curriculum setting,strengthen the teaching staff in the"1+N"way in the construction of teachers,build a community of teachers and students in the form of teaching,rely on"production,study and research"in practice.And continue to deepen reforms,so that local music can be integrated into the training program,rooted in classrooms and practice,and strive to train students to become outstanding performers,inheritors and educators of local music culture.
