University archives are the important resources of campus culture construction,and University archives work is a special social and cultural activity.Starting from the relationship between university archives work and campus culture,this paper analyzes the predicament of university archives work in the construction of campus culture.This paper puts forward that the universities should promote the construction of campus culture from the aspects of improving the quality of personnel,enriching the resources of archives,strengthening the informatization of archives,establishing the archives website,and improving the utilization of archives.
