单级放大器中晶体管的“本征增益”的应用

摘要 在模拟电路中,手算分析估算是基本的理论基础,可以更有效地指导调试电路。通过“本征增益”计算放大器性能参数可以大幅提高效率。本文给出了四种类型电路的“本征增益”的表达式,介绍了用“本征增益”计算单级放大器的增益的方法;给出了共源级放大器及另外三种放大器的“本征增益”及电压增益的计算方法。 In the analog circuit, the hand calculation analysis and estimation is the basic theoretical basis, which can guide the debugging circuit more effectively. Calculating amplifier performance parameters through "intrinsic gain" can greatly improve efficiency. This paper gives the expression of the "intrinsic gain" of the four types of circuits, introduces the method of calculating the gain of single-stage amplifier solely by using the " intrinsic gain ", and the calculation method of "the intrinsic gain " and voltage gain of the co-source amplifier and the other three amplifiers.
