皖北农民工返乡创业培训提升策略研究

Research on Promotion Strategies of Rural Migrant Workers’ Back-to-Home Entrepreneurship Training in Northern Anhui Province

随着“大众创业,万众创新”的推进,“乡村振兴战略”中返乡创业的农民工逐渐成为乡村发展的重要带动力量。返乡农民工参加企业培训,能够增强创业素质、知识与技能等,提高创业的成功率,促进农村经济的发展。通过研究发现,皖北返乡创业的农民工存在参与培训意愿不强,培训需求难以把握的问题。针对这一现象,从加强资源整合,优化培训流程等方面提出具体的提升对策,以供相关部门参考。

With the promotion of"mass entrepreneurship,innovation",migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses have gradually become an important driving force for rural development in the"rural revitalization strategy".Returning migrant workers to participate in enterprise training can enhance the quality of entrepreneurship,knowledge and skills,improve the success rate of entrepreneurship,and promote the development of rural economy.Through the study,it is found that migrant workers returning home to start businesses in northern Anhui have weak willingness to participate in training and difficult to grasp the training needs.In view of this phenomenon,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the integration of resources and optimizing the training process for the reference of relevant departments.
