摘要
为研究公路中SBS改性沥青混凝土路面施工技术,本文结合实际工程地区高温、重载特点,分析SBS改性沥青原材料配伍性,并对施工技术进行优化,提出一套沙漠高温地区SBS改性沥青混凝土施工工艺,最后通过室内车辙试验和低温弯曲试验对高、低温性能进行评价。结果表明:该SBS改性沥青混凝土路面施工技术的应用,对路面高温性能和低温抗裂性能有明显的改善,可适用于沙漠高温地区的建设。
As the research road of SBS modified asphalt concrete pavement construction technology,features high temperature and overloading combined with practical engineering,this paper analysis the SBS modified asphalt materials compatibility,and optimize the construction technology,puts forward a set of SBS modified asphalt concrete construction technology of high temperature region,desert finally through indoor rutting test and low temperature bending test to evaluate the high and low temperature performance.The results show that the application of SBS modified asphalt concrete pavement construction technology can significantly improve the pavement high-temperature performance and low-temperature crack resistance,and it can be applied to the construction of high-temperature desert areas.
