河北省农村精准脱贫实施机制优化研究

党的十九大报告指出,要坚持精准脱贫。河北省贯彻党中央精准脱贫基本方略,精准脱贫已经取得了阶段性成效,但也积累了一些问题。脱贫精准度有待提高,脱贫攻坚责任落实不到位,贫困人员内生动力未充分激发,扶贫领域腐败作风问题等影响恶劣。为确保到2020年,河北省农村贫困人口实现稳定脱贫,应通过精准落实政策、整合人员力量、发展脱贫产业、严实作风建设等更加优化的实施机制推进精准脱贫攻坚工作。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party pointed out that we must adhere to accurate poverty alleviation.In Hebei province,the party central committee carried out the basic strategy of accurate poverty alleviation.Precision poverty alleviation achieved phased results,but also accumulated some problems.The accuracy of poverty alleviation needs to be improved,the responsibility for poverty alleviation is not fulfilled,the internal motivation of the poor is not fully stimulated,and the problem of corruption in the area of poverty alleviation has a bad impact.To ensure that by 2020,the rural poor in Hebei Province will be able to get out of poverty in a stable way,the work of precision poverty alleviation should be promoted through more optimized implementation mechanisms such as the precise implementation of policies,the integration of personnel strength,the development of poverty eradication industries,and the construction of a strict style of work.
