金融科技背景下财经类高校金融工程专业人才培养体系研究

Study on Personnel Training System of Financial Engineering in Financial and Economic Colleges under the Background of Fintech

金融工程是一门深入融合金融学、数学、信息计算科学等多门学科的综合性专业,建设完善的专业人才培养体系相对困难。本文针对金融科技的快速发展,在考察国内外金融工程专业人才培养体系现状与特点的基础上,深入分析国内财经类高校现阶段在金融工程专业人才培养方面的不足,进而提出金融工程专业人才的培养原则,尤其指出课堂教学与课外实践训练的有效结合在培养体系中的重要性,同时也强调注重课程内容的及时更新以及与学生需求匹配度的提升,并据此提出相应的专业人才培养方案以供参考。

Financial engineering is a comprehensive major which integrates finance,mathematics,information computing science and so on,hence it is difficult to construct a perfect professional personnel training system.In view of the rapid development of fintech,and on the basis of investigating the present situation and characteristics of the professionals training system of financial engineering,this paper deeply analyzes the deficiencies in the professionals training of financial engineering in both domestic and foreign universities at the present stage.Then we put forward the training principles of financial engineering professionals,especially points out the importance of the effective combination of classroom teaching and extracurricular practice training in the training system,and also emphasizes the emphasis on the timely updating of curriculum contents and matching with the needs of students,.then we propose the corresponding professional training plan for reference.
