70 years of hepatocellular carcinoma surgery in China

肝癌是中国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害人民群众健康。尽管中国肝癌的人口标准化发病率近年来逐步下降,但发病粗率仍相对较高。据国际癌症研究署发布的全球恶性肿瘤疾病负担报道,每年中国新发肝癌病例和肝癌死亡病例均约占了全球病例的一半。经过医务工作者的不懈努力,尤其是改革开放40年来,中国肝癌外科的研究水平已站在世界的前列。作者就中国肝癌外科的发展历程及现状进行概括性阐述,为国庆献礼。

Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China, which seriously endangers the health of the people. Although the population standardization rate of liver cancer in China has gradually declined in recent years, the incidence rate is still relatively high. According to the global cancer research burden issued by the International Agency for Research on Cancer, China s new cases and the deaths of liver cancer account for about half of the global cases each year. And the research level of liver cancer surgery in China has been at the forefront of the world after the unremitting efforts of medical workers, especially in recent 40 years of reform and opening up. In this article, Professor Wang elaborates on the development history and current situation of liver cancer surgery in China, which is special for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People s Republic of China.
