Factors,such as the combination between the information technology in new era and the social demand,manifestation between innovation and convenient service concept,and the expansion of the scale of time and space,have caused the concept of"share"economy no longer a core element of the Internet spirit in a simple sense,but have advanced rapidly along the route of"the Internet-economy-society-life",leading to the generation of sharing life.Due to the imbalance of public quality,government management,enterprise operation and economic development,sharing life also generates a series of new social problems,calling for social governance innovation:improving public sharing quality and giving play to the power of public autonomy,changing government management mode and improving related system and mechanism,standardizing the operation of shared enterprises and promoting the development of shared industries,and narrowing the sharing gap and eliminating sharing privileges.
