活性染料印花用无氨氮促染剂ST373A的应用

摘要 针对目前印染行业污水氨氮指标控制日益严峻的情况,研发了一种新型环保的活性染料印花用无氨氮促染剂ST373A替代尿素用于纯棉和人棉活性染料印花,产品不含氮,有效降低污水中的氨氮指标,减轻污水处理压力,保护生态环境。通过测试印花织物的K/S值和Integ值,探讨了促染剂ST373A对活性染料印花织物性能的影响,并与尿素印花织物的各项性能进行比较。结果表明,新型无氨氮促染剂ST373A用于纯棉和人棉活性染料印花时在色浆中的用量为1%~2%时,可完全取代尿素,且色差值ΔE、耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度均与使用尿素印花的织物相当。 Aiming at the current high ammonia nitrogen index of printing and dyeing wastewater,an environmentally friendly nonammonia nitrogen accelerant ST373 Awas developed for cotton and rayon reactive dye printing.The product didn’t contain nitrogen,thus effectively reduced the ammonia nitrogen index in the sewage,reduced the pressure on printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and protected the ecological environment.By testing the K/Svalue and Integ value of the printed fabric,the effects of accelerant ST373 Aon the properties of reactive dyes printing fabrics was discussed,and the tested results were compared with the properties of urea printed fabrics.The results showed that ST373 A,a new ammonia-free urea-free urea substitute,could completely replace urea with the amount of 1%~2%.The K/Svalue,Integ value,color difference valueΔE,color fastness to rubbing and color fastness to washing of the printed fabrics could reach the effects of the fabrics printed with urea.
