摘要
随着企业改革的不断深化,发电企业在进行人力资源管理时,如何进一步整合、优化电力系统人力资源管理体系,已经成为发电企业在人力资源管理时亟待解决的课题.论文通过介绍人力资源管理的内涵、简析国有企业人力资源现状,提出了一些现代人力资源管理与开发的建议,希望能为进行人力资源管理体制改革的发电企业起到抛砖引玉的作用.
With the deepening of enterprise reform, how to further integrate and optimize the human resources management system of power systemhas become an urgent issue for power generation enterprises in human resourcesmanagement. By introducing the connotation of human resourcesmanagement and analyzing the current situation of human resources in state-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward some suggestions on modern human resources management and development, hoping to play a reference function for power generation enterprises in the reformof human resourcesmanagement system.
