共建“一带一路”背景下中拉金融合作的现与限

Research on the Current Situation and Difficulties of the Sino-Latin American Financial Cooperation in the Framework of "the Belt and Road Initiative"

21世纪以来,中国同拉丁美洲和加勒比地区的关系呈现跨越式发展势头.随着我国深入推进"一带一路",拉丁美洲和加勒比国家积极"向东看",中拉共建"一带一路"迎来新的发展前景.金融合作作为促进中拉经贸往来和资金融通的重要支撑,日益成为中拉共建"一带一路"的润滑剂和助推器.论文研究中拉金融合作的发展现状及其风险和挑战,并着眼防范应对中拉共建"一带一路"中的金融风险、确保中拉"一带一路"合作行稳致远提出相关对策建议.

Since the beginning of the 21st century, China-Latin America and Caribbean relations have undergone great-leap-forward development.With the further advance of "the Belt and Road" in China, Latin American and Caribbean countries are actively "looking east", and the joint construction of "the Belt and Road" by China and Latin America usher in new development prospects. Financial cooperation, as an important support for economic and trade exchanges and financial integration between China and Latin America, is increasingly becoming the lubricant and booster of "the Belt and Road" cooperation between China and Latin America. This paper studies the development status, risks and challenges of China-Latin America financial cooperation, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and deal with the financial risks in "the Belt and Road" jointly built by China and Latin America, and ensure the steady and long-term development of China-Latin America "the Belt and Road" cooperation.
