Analysis of the Legal Risks and Prevention of College Students’ Employment

在就业形势十分严峻的背景下,大学生在求职就业的过程中面临着乱收费、虚假招聘、合同不规范等诸多法律风险,加强大学生就业法律风险防范意识是高校就业指导教育的题中应有之义.论文简要介绍了大学生面临的常见就业法律风险,并提出了培养大学生防范意识的相关对策.

Under the background of severe employment situation, college students are faced with many legal risks in the process of job hunting and employment, such as arbitrary charges, false recruitment, non-standard contracts and so on. Strengthening college students' awareness of legal risk prevention in employment is the principle that should be included in the theme of employment guidance education in colleges and universities. This paper briefly introduces the common employment legal risks faced by college students, and puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate college students' awareness of prevention.
