"互联网+"时代推动了保险营销的发展变革,保险营销员是保险公司核心价值的外在体现,对保险公司品牌形象至关重要.论文分析了"互联网+"时代保险营销的发展机遇和保险营销员面临的挑战,立足价值取向、战略定位与客户服务,从积极培育品牌信任、注重核心能力建设、持续践行客户至上等方面探讨了保险营销员个人品牌的建设之道,旨在进一步提升保险公司整体品牌形象,巩固公众对于保险品牌的信任和信心,促进保险行业繁荣发展.
The "internet +" era has promoted the development and transformation of insurance marketing. The insurance salesman is the external embodiment of the core value of the insurance company, which is very important to the brand image of the insurance company. This paper analyzes the development opportunities of insurance marketing and the challenges faced by insurance salesmen in the era of "internet +". Based on value orientation, strategic positioning and customer service, this paper discusses the way to build a personal brand of insurance salesmen from aspects of actively cultivating brand trust, focusing on core competence building, and continuing to practice customer supremacy. This paper aims to further enhance the overall brand image of insurance companies, consolidate public trust and confidence in insurance brands, and promote the prosperity and development of the insurance industry.
