摘要
论文针对成型生产线现状,分析了由于旋转压机供料不连续、生坯传输不顺畅等因素导致过多废粉和缺陷生坯产生的原因,通过采取改进旋转压机供料软管形式、中间料斗安装振动下料装置、改变生坯出料滑槽结构、重新设计过渡挡板结构、改进V型槽结构等方式对生产线进行优化,提高了生产效率和产品质量.
In view of the present situation of the molding production line, this paper analyzes the causes of excessive waste powder and defective green billet caused by the factors such as discontinuous feeding of rotary press and unsmooth transmission of green billet. The production line was optimized by adopting improved rotary press supply hose form, installing the vibration feeding device in the middle hopper, changing green material discharge chute structure, redesigning transition baffle structure, and improving V-groove structure, which improves production efficiency and product quality.
