黄豆搅碎后的粉末颗粒大小反映食品搅碎器的性能。本文对比试验相同干燥程度的负载,经同一食品搅碎器操作,分析不同筛分时间、筛分频率的试验结果。结果表明,筛分频率300r/min,筛分时间5min的筛分机测试结果可重现性、可操作性强。

The size of powder particles obtained by sieve after stirring of soybean reflects the performance of food blenders. In this paper, we compare and analyze the test results of different sieve times and sieve frequencies for the same food blender operation with the same dry load. The comparison results show that the results of the sieve machine with sieve frequency of 300 r/min and sieve time of 5 min are reproducible and operable.
