摘要 本论文是一种基于模糊决策补偿的定子磁链估算方法,属于电机控制技术领域。其磁链估算系统包括以下模块技术:定子绕组反感应电动势采集模块:通过采集异步感应电动机静止坐标下的定子电压和定子电流,采集异步感应电动机的定子频率,得到异步感应电机的定子反感应电动势;模糊决策补偿器模块:通过模糊决策补偿器分别对高通滤波器补偿系数和低通滤波器补偿系数进行模糊化决策处理,得到模糊高通滤波器补偿系数和模糊低通滤波器补偿系数。模糊补偿模块:把异步感应电动机的反感应电动势与定子频率通过具有符号函数的补偿模块进行补偿,得到Y输出量。模糊带通滤波器模块:把输出量通过模糊带通滤波器模块处理后,得到异步感应电动机的模糊定子磁链估算值。本磁链估算系统与传统的带通滤波器方式定子磁链估算系统相比,具有对高通滤波器补偿系数和低通滤波器补偿系数的模糊决策处理,把异步电机的历史值和动态信号误差带到决策方案中,具有前馈补偿的超前预测能力,提高了定子磁链观测器的精度,也具有很好的动态响应能力,在实际的电机控制策略中具有很好的应用价值。 This paper is a method of stator flux estimation based on fuzzy decision compensation, which belongs to the field of motor control technology. The flux estimation system includes the following modules: the stator winding anti electromotive force acquisition module: the stator voltage and stator current under the static coordinates of asynchronous induction motor are collected, the stator frequency of asynchronous induction motor is collected, the stator anti Induction EMF of induction motor is obtained. the fuzzy decision compensator Block: the compensation coefficient of high pass filter and the compensation coefficient of low pass filter are fuzzy decision processing by fuzzy decision compensator, and the compensation coefficient of the fuzzy high pass filter and the compensation coefficient of the fuzzy low pass filter are obtained. The fuzzy compensation module: the induction motor's anti induction electromotive force and the stator frequency are compensated by the compensation module with symbolic function, and the output of Y is obtained. Fuzzy bandpass filter module: after the output is processed by fuzzy bandpass filter module, the fuzzy stator flux estimation value of asynchronous induction motor is obtained. Compared with the traditional band pass filter stator flux estimation system, this system has a fuzzy decision processing for the compensation coefficient of high pass filter and the compensation coefficient of low pass filter, and takes the historical value and the dynamic signal error of the asynchronous motor to the decision scheme, and has the forward prediction ability of the forward compensation. The accuracy of the stator flux observer and the dynamic response ability of the stator flux observer are of great value in the actual motor control strategy.
