摘要
固定架是墙壁开关插座的主要承载部件,固定架刚度是评价产品的重要性能指标,影响用户对产品的使用感受。因此对墙壁开关插座固定架刚度进行研究具有重要的意义。本文首先对固定架刚度理论进行分析,然后重点分析了固定架结构因素对刚度的影响。文中还使用固定架结构优化方案对相关分析结果进行了验证。
The fixed frame is the main bearing component of the wall switch socket, and the rigidity of the fixed frame is an important performance index to evaluate the product, which affects the user’s feeling of the product. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the stiffness of the wall switch socket fixing frame. In this paper, the stiffness theory of fixed frame is firstly analyzed, and then the influence of structural factors of fixed frame on stiffness is emphatically analyzed. The results of correlation analysis are verified by the optimization scheme of fixed frame structure.
