摘要
通过分析小容积风冷冰箱载体整机热负荷、制冷部件等技术参数现状,在整机制冷系统性能提升基础上,设计出用更小排量变频压缩机的风冷冰箱并完成整机性能验证。结果表明,通过对翅片蒸发器、冷凝器结构、风道结构及超小排量压缩机等部件技术方案优化设计,确保配超小排量变频压缩机的冰箱整机性能达到原有技术水平,可靠性满足技术要求。
Based on improved performance of the refrigeration system, through the analysis of technical parameters such as the thermal load, refrigeration components of the whole air-cooled refrigerator, an air-cooled refrigerator with smaller displacement variable frequency compressor is designed and its performance verification is completed. The results show that the performance of the refrigerator is ensured to reach the original technical level and the reliability meets the technical requirements by optimizing fin-fin evaporator, condenser structure, air duct structure and smaller displacement compressor.
