洗涤性能是洗碗机性能指标中的核心指标,亦是洗碗机产品存在的基础。结合洗碗机洗涤原理并从水流机械作用、化学作用、热能作用三个方面,分析了喷淋系统、碗篮搁架、过滤系统、进排水系统、洗涤时序、洗涤剂等设计因素对洗净性能的影响,为洗碗机洗净性能的提升提供参考。

Washing performance is the core index of dishwasher performance index and the foundation of dishwasher products. Combined with the washing principle of dishwasher and from three aspects of water flow mechanical action, chemical action and heat energy action, the sprinkler system, bowl basket shelf, filtration system, intake and drainage system, washing time sequence were analyzed. The effects of design factors such as detergents on the washing performance of dishwashers provide reference for improving the washing performance of dishwasher.
