机床热变形导致的误差占到机床总误差的60%左右,为了消除机床在加工过程中产生的热变形,引入了油冷机对机床主要发热元件进行降温,对于高精密机床来说,油冷机是不可或缺的冷却设备。如果油冷机制冷量选择过小,则造成机床内部热量无法完全消除,出现发热元件局部降温不均匀的现象,反而加重热误差的产生。如果油冷机制冷量选择过大,导致机床内部温度过低,产生凝露现象,就可能导致机床出现生锈现象。
The error caused by thermal deformation of machine tool accounts for about 60 % of the total error of machine tool. In order to eliminate the thermal deformation in the process of machine tool processing, oil cooler is introduced to cool the main heating elements of machine tool. For high precision machine tool, oil cooler is an indispensable cooling equipment. If the choice of cooling capacity of oil-cooled machine is too small, the heat inside the machine can not be completely eliminated, and the phenomenon of uneven local cooling of heating elements will occur, which will aggravate the generation of thermal errors. If the choice of cooling capacity of oil-cooled machine is too large, the temperature inside the machine tool will be too low and condensation will occur, which may lead to rusting of the machine tool.
