摘要
核桃精深加工是提升产品附加值,增加农民收入的有效路径。核桃机械化去皮技术对于降低劳动强度、提高生产效率,保证核桃安全卫生具有重要意义。文章介绍了我国核桃去皮机产品的发展现状,分析了现有产品在实际生产中存在的不足,并指出了产品下一步的发展趋势。
The intensive processing of walnut is an effective way to increase the added value of products and farmers’income.Mechanized peeling technology of walnut is of great significance to reduce labor intensity,improve production efficiency and ensure the safety and health of walnut.This paper introduced the development status of walnut peeler products in China,analyzed the shortcomings of existing products in actual production,and pointed out the next development trend of products.
