悬吊训练疗法对产后压力性尿失禁患者盆底肌力的效果

Effects of Sling Exercise Therapy on Muscle Strength of Pelvic Floor for Patients with Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的观察悬吊训练疗法对产后压力性尿失禁患者盆底肌力的影响。方法2018年2月至2019年2月,产后42d确诊为产后压力性尿失禁的患者90例随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组接受凯格尔训练,观察组接受悬吊训练,共1个月。治疗前后测量患者盆底肌肌电,疗程结束后评价临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组盆底肌肌电较治疗前均明显提高(t>3.879,P<0.01),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的75.56%(χ^2=13.83,P<0.05)。结论悬吊训练能更有效地提高产后压力性尿失禁患者盆底肌力,改善患者溢尿症状。

Objective To observe the effects of sling exercise therapy on muscle strength of pelvic floor in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods From February,2018 to February,2019,90 patients diagnosed as postpartum stress urinary incontinence 42 days after delivery were randomly divided into control group (n = 45) and observation group (n = 45).The control group received Kegel training,and the observation group received sling exercise therapy,for a month.The electromyogram of pelvic floor was measured before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of the treatment. Results The electromyogram of pelvic floor increased in both groups after treatment (t > 3.879,P < 0.01),and increased more in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05).The rate of improvement was 93.33% in the observation group,which was more than 75.56% in the control group (χ^2 = 13.83,P < 0.05). Conclusion Sling exercise therapy can more effectively improve the muscle strength of pelvic floor for patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence,and relieve the symptoms of overfall.
