摘要
微课能否取得良好的学习效果,在很大程度上取决于微课能否激发、保持和强化学习动机。因此,微课设计应加强学习动机的设计。文章阐述了学习动机对微课的重要性以及微课的学习动机设计普遍存在的问题,并且基于ARCS动机模型提出了相应的方法及对策:①选择恰当的导入方式。②选择合适的教学策略与结束语。其中,教学策略包括:问题化,先行组织者,情景化、案例化、故事化。③体验成功的感觉。
Whether micro-course can achieve good learning effect depends largely on whether micro-course can stimulate, maintain and strengthen the learning motivation or not. Therefore, the design of micro-course should strengthen the design of learning motivation. This paper expounds the importance of motivation to micro-course learning and the common problems in the design of motivation in micro-course learning, and based on the ARCS motivation model, the corresponding methods and countermeasures are proposed:(1) Choosing the appropriate way to lead in.(2) Choosing appropriate teaching strategies and conclusions. The teaching strategies include: problem-based teaching, organizer-leading teaching, situational teaching, case-based teaching, story-based teaching.(3) Experiencing the feeling of success.
