摘要
为提高煤炭的采出率,减少综采工作面两边的三角煤,以霍尔辛赫矿井八盘区主运巷沿煤层底板掘进为研究对象,采用FLAC3D模拟巷道应力场和位移变化,并分析支护方案的可行性。现场监测结果表明,矿井巷道采用锚杆+锚索+W钢带支护方案后,巷道两帮与顶板得到了稳定控制,在留住顶煤的基础上,解决了巷道底板软的难题,确保巷道能够长期稳定可靠。
In order to improve the coal mining rate and reduce the triangular coal on both sides of the fully mechanized mining face,the main roadway in the No.8 mining area of Holsinghe Mine was taken as the study object,and the FLAC3D was used to simulate the stress field and displacement of the roadway.The feasibility of the support program was analyzed.The on-site monitoring results showed that after the mine roadway adopted the anchor+anchor cable+W steel belt support scheme,the two sides and the roof of the roadway were stably controlled.On the basis of retaining the top coal,the soft problem of the roadway floor was solved,which made roadway stable for a long time.
