摘要
针对采空区有线温度监测网络成本高,可靠性低的问题,提供了一种基于Mesh网络的无线温度监测系统设计方案。以无线Mesh网络为核心,对采集器进行电路和低功耗设计,采用有线与无线传输结合的方式设计接收器,开发了基于LabVIEW的上位机。该系统方便布放、阵列分布覆盖率大和监测网络鲁棒性强,满足采空区监测周期要求,使井上管理者能清晰地了解采空区温度状况,当监测到高温点时能及时采取防控措施,保障煤矿安全稳定生产。
Aiming at the high cost and low reliability of the wired temperature monitoring network in goaf,a design scheme of wireless temperature monitoring system based on Mesh network was proposed.Taking the communication mode of the wireless Mesh network as the core,the collector and the low-power design were designed.The receiver was designed by combining wired and wireless transmission,and the upper computer based on LabVIEW was developed.The system had the advantages of convenient deployment,large array coverage and robustness of the monitoring network,and met the requirements of the monitoring period of the goaf,so that the in-situ manager could clearly understand the temperature of the goaf,when the high temperature point was detected.It could take timely prevention and control measures to ensure safe and stable production of coal mines.
