重型刮板输送机是煤矿开采作业中常用的机械设备,由于井下工况较差,重型刮板输送机链轮磨损较为严重。以新景矿SGZ630/80T重型刮板输送机为例,分析该矿重型刮板输送机链轮的失效原因,并对其失稳形式和材质进行研究。

The heavy-duty scraper conveyor is a common mechanical equipment used in coal mining operations.Due to the poor underground working conditions,the heavy-duty scraper conveyor sprocket wear was more serious.Xinjing Mine SGZ630/80T heavy-duty scraper conveyor was taken as an example,the failure reason of the heavy-duty scraper conveyor sprocket was analyzed,and its instability form and material were studied.
