摘要
带式输送机是矿井生产重要的运输设备,井下工况恶劣、皮带磨损严重,耗能较高。针对这一情况,以南岭矿为例,将变频技术应用到带式输送机上。实践表明,带式输送机应用变频技术后,启动过程平稳,可根据载荷调整其速度,以此减少皮带磨损,效果较好。
Belt conveyor is an important transportation equipment for mine production.With poor working conditions,serious belt wear,high energy consumption,Nanling Mine was taken as an example to apply the frequency conversion technology to the belt conveyor.Practice showed that after the belt conveyor adopted the frequency conversion technology,the starting process was stable,and the speed could be adjusted according to the load,thereby reducing the belt wear,with good the effect.
