矿井手摇离合装置振动特性的测试试验研究

摘要 对新景矿液控闸阀的功能以及手摇离合装置样机变速箱振动特性进行了测试,认为该闸阀保压性较高,满足安全稳定工作的条件。太阳轮的旋转频率及其低倍频与变速箱的固有频率不等,变速箱不会发生明显的共振现象,太阳轮的旋转是变速箱振动的主要原因,低速转动频率有助于提高变速箱工作的稳定性。 The function of ore liquid control gate valve and the vibration characteristics of the manual clutch gearbox in Xinjing Mine were tested.It was considered that the gate valve with high pressure retention and meets the conditions of safe and stable operation,the rotation frequency of the sun gear and its low frequency multiplier were different from the natural frequency of the gearbox,the gearbox without resonance phenomenon.The rotation of the sun gear was the main cause of gearbox vibration.The low speed rotation frequency improved the working stability of the gear box.
