新屯矿生活污水处理及资源化利用技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据新屯矿生活污水排放现状及洗浴热水的用热需求,提出采用“A/O生物接触氧化+深度处理”工艺处理矿区的生活污水,并充分利用处理后中水的低温热能通过热泵技术用于加热洗浴热水,给出了具体的计算方法,实际运行后对系统进行了测试和运行费用分析,水质标准及洗浴热水都能够满足要求,大大降低了运行费用,具有非常明显的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益,为同类项目的开发提供了技术借鉴。 According to the current situation of domestic sewage discharge and the heat demand of bathing hot water in Xintun Mine,the"A/O biological contact oxidation+advanced treatment"process was proposed to treat domestic sewage in the mining area and make full use of the low temperature heat energy of the treated medium water.The heat pump technology was used to heat the bathing hot water,and the specific calculation method was given.After the actual operation,the system was tested and the running cost was analyzed.Both the water quality standard and the bathing hot water could meet the requirements,which greatly reduced the running cost,with obvious economic,social and environmental benefits,providing technical reference for the development of similar projects.
