摘要 除草剂的滥用造成严重的环境危害。利用藻类荧光检测除草剂的生物毒性方法因其快速、灵敏和容易实现现场、在线监测等优势引起了广泛的研究兴趣,成为检测除草剂的重要方法。概括了国内外利用藻叶绿素荧光检测除草剂生物毒性的研究进展及藻类生物毒性测试方法的建立及进展,对其利用叶绿素荧光检测除草剂的方法的优缺点作了简单评述,并展望了藻叶绿素荧光检测技术的研究方向和发展趋势。针对当今除草剂污染水体环境的严峻形势,叶绿素荧光动力学技术在环境监测领域具有较大的应用潜质,有助于最终建立快速现场筛查方法的研究技术。 Serious environmental hazards have been caused by abusing of herbicides.The biotoxicity method of algae fluorescence detection herbicide has attracted extensive research interest because it is rapid,sensitive and easy to realize on-site and on-line monitoring,and has played a crucial role in herbicide detection.The research progresses of using algae chlorophyll fluorescence to detect herbicide biotoxicity were summarized.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were briefly reviewed,and the future research direction and development trend of algae chlorophyll fluorescence detection technology were prospected.In view of the severe situation of herbicide-contaminated water environment,the chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics technology has a great application potential in the field of environmental monitoring,which is helpful to establish the research technology of rapid on-site screening methods finally.
