氯碱工业PVC离心母液废水处理工程设计与运行 被引量:3

摘要 为了减少废水排放及环境污染,节约水资源,采用水解酸化法-生物接触氧化法-混凝沉淀法-过滤法组合工艺处理氯碱工业PVC离心母液废水。工程设计处理规模为1000m3/d,设计进水水质COD为200~350mg/L、BOD5为60~150mg/L、SS为100~300mg/L、温度为60~70℃。经此工艺处理后出水水质满足《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923-2005)规定的冷却用水标准并回用于生产,即COD≤60mg/L、BOD5≤10mg/L、浊度≤5NTU。工程实例证明该工艺具有操作简单、投资及运行成本低且无二次污染等特点,实现了良好的经济效益和环境效益。 In order to reduce wastewater discharge and environmental pollution,and save water resources,the combined process of hydrolysis acidization,biological contact oxidation,coagulation and sedimentation and filtration was used to treat PVC centrifuge liquid wastewater in the chlor-alkali industry.The engineering design and treatment scale is 1 000 m3/d,the design water quality COD is 200 to 350 mg/L,the BOD5 is 60 to 150 mg/L,the SS is 100 to 300 mg/L,and the temperature is 60 to 70℃.After this process,the effluent water quality meets the cooling water quality standards stipulated in the"Industrial Water Quality for Urban Sewage Recycling"(GB/T19923-2005)and is reused for production.That is,COD≤60 mg/L,BOD5≤10 mg/L,turbidity≤5 NTU.The engineering example proves that the technology has the characteristics of simple operation,low investment and operation cost and no secondary pollution,and has achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
