物化+生化+物化组合工艺处理废水研究

摘要 江阴市某乡镇污水处理厂设计处理能力为10kt/d,采用“物化+生化+物化”组合工艺处理,二期5000m3/d处理规模,运行至今效果良好。水处理范围是工业园区比例约1∶1的工业废水和周边村庄生活污水。介绍了污水处理厂主要构筑物及工艺参数,分析了污水处理厂运行效果。运行结果表明,污水经过处理后,出水COD平均在35.36mg/L,COD平均去除率达到96%,NH3-N平均去除率为99.4%,平均进水浓度为31.25mg/L,平均出水浓度为0.079mg/L,TP平均去除率为94%,平均进水浓度为1.17mg/L,平均出水浓度为0.05mg/L,TN平均去除率为94.2%,平均进水浓度为58mg/L,平均出水浓度为3.2mg/L,达到《太湖地区城镇地区水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染排放限值》(DB32/1072-2007)规定的I类排放标准。 The design and treatment capacity of a sewage treatment plant is 10 kt/d,and the treatment ratio of domestic sewage with"physical chemical+biochemical+physical"combination process is about 1∶1.The operation results show that after treatment,the sewage is treated.The average discharge COD is 35.36 mg/L,the average removal rate of COD is 96%,the average removal rate of NH3-N is 99.4%,the average intake concentration is 31.25 mg/L,and the average outflow concentration is 0.079 mg/L,the average removal rate of TP is 94%,the average intake concentration is 1.17 mg/L,the average outflow concentration is 0.05 mg/L,the average removal rate of TN is 94.2%,and the average intake concentration is 58 mg/L,The average discharge concentration was 3.2 mg/L.The effluent met the specified category I emission criteria.
