锁定钢板外置治疗跟骨骨折的临床研究

Clinical study of locking plate external placement treating calcaneal fracture

目的研究锁定钢板外置治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年2月~2018年2月收治的100例跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照均衡分组法分为常规组(50例)和研究组(50例)。常规组采用传统跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定治疗,研究组采用锁定钢板外置治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后骨折愈合时间及并发症发生情况,并采用Maryland足部评分标准(MFS)、疼痛评分对其术后功能进行评估。结果两组的手术时间及术后骨折愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的术中出血量、术后引流量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症总发生率为2.00%,低于常规组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的MFS评分高于常规组,疼痛评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板外置治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果显著,能够减少术中出血量及术后并发症,并确保其预后,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of locking plate external placement treating calcaneal fracture. Methods All of 100 patients with calcaneal fracture treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the routine group (50 cases) and study group (50 cases) according to the method of balanced grouping. The routine group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fracture, and the study group was treated with locking plate external placement. After 3 months of treatment, the operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative fracture healing time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups, and the postoperative function was evaluated by Maryland foot score (MFS) and pain score. Results There were no significant differences in operative time and postoperative fracture healing time between the two groups (P>0.05). The intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume in the study group were significantly less than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group (2.00%) was lower than that in the routine group (20.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). MFS score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group, and the pain score was lower than that of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of locking plate external placement treating calcaneal fracture is significant, and it can reduce intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative complications, and ensure its prognosis, has a higher clinical promotion value.
