C臂透视下双人复位弹性髓内针治疗儿童长骨干骨折的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析C臂透视下双人复位弹性髓内针治疗儿童长骨干骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年4月~2018年7月收治的56例儿童长骨干骨折患儿,根据不同治疗方案将其分为两组,各28例。对照组行传统钢板内固定术治疗,观察组行C臂透视下双人复位弹性髓内针术内固定术治疗。比较两组的手术治疗情况、并发症发生情况;随访6个月,比较骨折恢复效果。结果观察组的术中出血量明显少于对照组,切口长度、手术瘢痕长度明显短于对照组,骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组的治疗优良率(96.43%)明显高于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率(7.14%)明显低于对照组(32.14%)(P<0.05)。结论C臂透视下双人复位弹性髓内针治疗儿童长骨干骨折可有效减轻手术对机体的损伤,减少患儿术中出血量,降低并发症发生风险,缩短骨愈合时间,提高效果。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of double reduction with elastic intramedullary nail under C-arm fluoroscopy in the treatment of long bone shaft fracture in children. Methods All of 56 cases of children with long bone shaft fracture admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to July 2018 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment schemes, 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional plate internal fixation, while the observation group was treated with double reduction with elastic intramedullary nail under C-arm fluoroscopy. The surgical treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups, and the effect of fracture recovery was compared after 6 months of follow-up. Results The amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the length of incision and scar was significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the healing time of fracture was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01). The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group (96.43%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (71.43%)(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group (7.14%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (32.14%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Double reduction with elastic intramedullary nail under C-arm fluoroscopy in the treatment of long bone shaft fracture in children can effectively reduce the injury to the body, reduce the amount of bleeding during operation, reduce the risk of complications, shorten the time of bone healing and improve the curative effect.
