髓芯减压植骨联合富血小板血浆治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死的临床效果

Clinical effect of core decompression and bone grafting combined with platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head

目的探析髓芯减压植骨联合富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死的临床效果。方法选取2016年9月~2018年3月我院骨科接诊的52例早期股骨头缺血坏死患者,采用电脑随机分组法将其分为两组,各26例。对照组患者选择髓芯减压植骨治疗,研究组患者选择髓芯减压植骨+PRP治疗。比较两组的髋关节功能评分、髋关节疼痛评分、治疗优良率。结果治疗前,两组患者的髋关节功能和疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、3、6个月,研究组患者的髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,髋关节疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髓芯减压植骨联合PRP治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死的效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of core decompression and bone grafting combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods All of 52 cases of early avascular necrosis of femoral head treated in department of orthopedics of our hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were selected. They were divided into the two groups using computer random grouping method, 26 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with core decompression and bone grafting, while those in the study group were treated with core decompression and bone grafting plusing PRP. The hip joint function score, hip joint pain score and the excellent and good rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in hip joint function and pain score in patients between the two groups (P>0.05). After 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment, the hip joint function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the hip joint pain score was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of core decompression and bone grafting combined with PRP in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head is significant, which is worthy of popularization and application.
