补阳还五汤加减配合切开复位内固定术治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of modification of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation treating supination and external rotation ankle fracture

目的探讨补阳还五汤加减配合切开复位内固定术治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月~2018年10月在我院接受治疗的旋后外旋型踝关节骨折患者58例,将患者按照奇偶分组法分为对照组(29例)、观察组(29例)。所有患者均接受切开复位内固定术治疗,对照组在术后口服伤科接骨片治疗,观察组术后行补阳还五汤加减治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、临床相关指标及愈合程度评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的75.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肿痛消失时间为(6.68±0.67)d、骨折愈合时间为(42.86±4.31)d,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗2周的愈合程度评分为(0.75±0.08)分;治疗4周为(2.28±0.23)分,治疗6周为(3.62±0.36)分,治疗8周为(3.75±0.38)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤加减配合切开复位内固定术治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折可促进患者骨折的愈合,减轻患者的疼痛。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modification of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation treating supination and external rotation ankle fracture. Methods A total of 58 patients with supinatoric external ankle fracture treated in our hospital from December 2017 to October 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into the control group (29 cases) and observation group (29 cases) according to parity grouping method. All patients were given open reduction and internal fixation treatment. The control group was treated with oral Shang-ke Bone-Knitting Tablets, while the observation group was treated with modification of Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Clinical treatment effect, clinical related indicators, and healing degree score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in patients of the observation group was 96.55%, which was higher than 75.86% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of the swelling and pain in the observation group was (6.68±0.67) d, fracture healing time was (42.86±4.31) d in patients of the observation group, which were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The healing degree score of the patients in the observation group was (0.75±0.08) points after 2 weeks of treatment,(2.28±0.23) points after 4 weeks of treatment,(3.62±0.36) points after 6 weeks of treatment, and (3.75±0.38) points after 8 weeks of treatment, which were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion modification of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation treating supination and external rotation ankle fracture can promote the healing of fractures and reduce the pain of patients.
