阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗儿童类百日咳综合征的效果

Effect of Azithromycin combined with Budesonide on pertussis-like syndrome in children

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗儿童类百日咳综合征的效果。方法选取2016年2月~2018年12月我院收治的60例类百日咳综合征患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30例)和观察组(n=30例)。所有患儿均予以对症支持治疗,对照组在此基础上给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率、临床观察指标及治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果两组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的痉挛性咳嗽天数、症状缓解所需时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗儿童类百日咳综合征效果显著,可明显改善患儿的临床症状及体征,缩短住院时间,且安全性较高,值得广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Azithromycin combined with Budesonide in the treatment of pertussis-like syndrome in children. Methods Sixty children with pertussis-like syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) according to random number table method. All the children were given symptomatic support treatment, the control group was given Azithromycin treatment on this basis, and the observation group was given Budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, clinical observation indexes and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The days of spastic cough, the time needed to relieve symptoms, the time of disappearance of lung rales and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with pertussis-like syndrome has a significant effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children, shorten hospitalization time, and has high safety, which is worthy of wide application.
