摘要
目的对比分析CT、磁共振成像(MRI)技术诊断急性颅脑损伤(ACI)的效果。方法分析研究2017年5月~2018年5月我院收治的45例ACI疑似患者,分别进行CT、MRI检查,对比不同诊断技术应用效果及不同检测方式下疾病的影像学特点。结果MRI检测结果显示,确诊急性颅脑损伤30例;MRI检测敏感度、特异度、符合率均高于CT检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT漏诊2例;MRI检测时主要表现为等T1、长T2信号影、稍长T1、T2信号影,CT则出现软组织的等密度影;MRI检测颅骨板骨质断裂时为贯通颅板T2WI高信号影,CT为颅骨板骨质分离、凹陷、不连续。结论ACI采用MRI诊断优势显著优于CT诊断,同时影像学特征显著,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To compare and analyze the effect of CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury (ACI). Methods A total of 45 suspected patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected. CT and MRI examinations were performed to compare the effects of different diagnostic techniques and imaging characteristics of different diseases under different detection methods. Results The results of MRI showed that 30 cases were diagnosed as ACI;the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of MRI were higher than those of CT, with significant difference (P<0.05);2 cases were missed by CT diagnosis;iso-T1, long T2 signal, slightly long T1 and T2 signal were the main manifestations of MRI, while iso-density image of soft tissue appeared by CT. When measuring the fracture of skull plate, it was a high signal image of T2WI through the skull plate, and CT showed the separation, depression and discontinuity of the skull plate. Conclusion The advantages of using MRI in the diagnosis of ACI are significantly better than that of CT. Meanwhile, the imaging features are remarkable, which can be widely used in clinic.
