α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果

Clinical effect of α-Lipoic Acid combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的研究α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年4月~2018年8月收治的89例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照入院编号单双数法分为对照组41例,观察组48例。对照组采用甲钴胺药物治疗,观察组采用α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺药物治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的68.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前,两组患者胫前神经及胫总神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的胫前神经及胫总神经的MNCV、SNCV均快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺药物治疗,具有显著的临床效果,且可改善患者并发症的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of α-Lipoic Acid combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From April 2017 to August 2018, 89 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital were selected as study objects. According to the method of single and double numbers of admission number, patients were divided into the control group (n=41) and observation group (n=48). The control group was treated with Methylcobalamin, while the observation group was treated with α-Lipoic Acid combined with Mecobalamin. The treatment effect of patients between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (68.29%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Before treatment, there were no significant difference in motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of anterior tibial nerve and common tibial nerve in patients between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment, the CNCV and SNCV of anterior tibial nerve and common tibial nerve in the observation group were faster than those in the control group, and difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with α-Lipoic Acid combined with Mecobalamin has significant clinical effect and can improve the occurrence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
