临床护理路径在关节镜术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients of arthroscopy postoperative

目的探讨临床护理路径在关节镜术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月~2018年11月我院收治的60例关节镜术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用传统护理模式,观察组患者则采用临床护理路径模式。观察两组患者的Lysholm膝关节功能量表(LKSS)评分、住院费用、住院时间和护理满总满意度。结果两组患者护理后的LKSS评分高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的LKSS评分、护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院费用低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在关节镜术后患者中的应用效果较好,安全性能高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients of arthroscopy postoperative. Methods Sixty cases of arthroscopic postoperative patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. In the control group, traditional nursing mode was used, while in the observation group, the clinical nursing pathway mode was adopted. The Lysholm knee scale (LKSS) score, hospitalization expenses, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were observed. Results The LKSS score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The LKSS score and the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization expenses of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway has good effect and high safety in patients of arthroscopy postoperative, which is worthy of promotion.
