细胞实验系统评价/Meta分析研究的现状分析

摘要 目的对国内外发表的细胞实验系统评价/Meta分析(SRs/MAs)的研究现状及存在的问题进行全面分析,为今后的研究提供参考依据。方法计算机检索PubMed,中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据资源(Wangfang Data),纳入国内外发表的细胞实验SRs/MAs研究,不限制细胞来源,检索时限均为建库截至2017年10月。由两位研究者按纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,对纳入研究的特征进行描述性分析。结果最终纳入82篇细胞实验的SRs/MAs,其中英文79篇,中文3篇。其中14篇(17.07%,14/82)研究被引次数为零,引用频次超过10的研究有43篇(52.44%,43/82)。在方法学上,超过80%(81.71%,67/82)未对纳入研究的偏倚风险进行评估。结论目前发表的细胞实验SRs/MAs数量少,被引率低,在方法学上存在较多问题。因此,亟待在今后研发和制定细胞实验SRs/MAs的标准制作流程和报告规范以促进细胞实验SRs/MAs的方法和报告质量的提高,促进其成果的转化和利用。 Objectives To comprehensive analysis the current research status and existing problems of systematic reviews(SRs)/meta-analysis(MAs) of cell experiments published at home and abroad, so as to provide a reference for future research. Methods The computer retrieved PubMed, China Knowledge Network(CNKI) and Wanfang Data Resources(Wangfang Data), and included the domestically published cell experiments SRs/MAs research, without limiting the source of the cells. The search time limit was built in October 2017. Two investigators screened and extracted data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and descriptively analyzed the characteristics of the included studies. Results Finally, 82 SRs/MAs were included in the cell experiments, including 79 in English and 3 in Chinese. Of the 14(17.07%, 14/82) studies, the number of citations was zero, and the number of citations exceeding 10 was 43(52.44%, 43/82). In terms of methodology, more than 80%(81.71%, 67/82) did not assess the risk of bias in the included studies. Conclusion The number of published SRs/MAs of cell experiments is small, the rate of citation is low and there are also many methodological problems at present. Therefore, it is urgent to develop and formulate standard production processes and reporting specifications for SRs/Mas of cell experiment in the future to promote the improvement of the methods and reporting quality of it, and achieve the goal of promoting the transformation and utilization of its research result.
