城市高铁开通对产业升级及就业-产业耦合协调度的影响

The Impact of Urban High-speed Rail on Industrial Upgrade and Industrial Coupling Coordination Degree

高铁经过多年的建设,已经成为新时代城市发展经济、吸引人才、促进城市产业结构转型升级,实现中国经济高质量稳定发展的关键基础设施。以285个地级城市2003—2015年的数据作为研究样本,采用PSM-DID法研究高铁开通对城市产业结构转型升级以及各产业的就业-产业耦合协调度的影响。研究结果表明:(1)城市高铁开通能显著促进产业结构转型升级,显著提升第三产业就业-产业的耦合协调度,但未显著促进一产、二产的就业-产业耦合性;(2)城市高铁开通对产业结构转型升级的影响存在明显的成长周期异质性,“成熟型”高铁城市较“成长型”高铁城市对产业结构转型升级促进作用及就业与产出之间的耦合协调度更为显著;(3)城市高铁开通对中心城市的产业结构转型升级效应和就业与产出之间的耦合协调度要显著高于外围边缘城市。

Based on the panel data of 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2015,this paper analyzes the impact of urban high-speed rail on the transformation and upgrading of urban industrial structure and the coupling and coordination of employment and output in various industries.The research results show that: First,the opening of high-speed rail in cities can significantly promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and significantly improve the coupling and coordination of employment and output in the tertiary industry,but it does not significantly promote the coupling of primary and secondary production.In general,the city is opened.High-speed rail effectively promotes the transformation and upgrading of high-quality structural structure of China’s industry.Second,the impact of high-speed railways on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has obvious growth cycle heterogeneity.The "mature" high-speed rail city transforms and upgrades the industrial structure compared with the "growth" high-speed rail city.The promotion and the coupling and coordination between employment and output are more significant.Third,the transformation of the industrial structure of the central city by the high-speed railway and the coupling and coordination between employment and output are significantly higher than those of the peripheral cities.
