摘要 企业社会责任是否能通过组织学习对创新行为产生影响?结构方程模型可以直观地反映出:企业社会责任和组织学习都会对创新行为产生显著正向影响;企业社会责任对创新行为的正向影响均衡地体现在企业的经济、道德、法律和慈善责任方面;组织学习对于创新行为的正向影响,更多地体现在共同愿景上,学习承诺和开放心智方面影响略小。另外,企业社会责任对于组织学习的正向影响最显著,主要体现在新产品数量更多和开发速度更快两个方面。 Corporate social responsibility can influence the innovation behavior through organizational learning methods.Structural equation model reflects that corporate social responsibility and organizational learning significantly positively influence innovation behavior;the positive impact of corporate social responsibility on innovation behavior is reflected in the enterprise’s economy,ethical,legal,and philanthropic responsibilities;the positive impact of organizational learning on innovative behavior is more reflected in the shared vision,with less impact on learning commitment and open mind.In addition,the positive impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational learning is most significant,which is mainly reflected in the two aspects of new products(behavior,material,ideas,technology,etc.) and faster development.
