FFDM联合DBT技术对乳腺疾病的诊断价值

摘要 目的:探讨全数字乳腺X线摄影(FFDM)联合数字乳腺融合断层(DBT)技术对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法:选取我院2017年11月—2018年11月收治的137例乳腺肿瘤患者作为观察对象,均接受FFDM和DBT检查,以病理诊断结果作为金标准,比较单独使用FFDM和FFDM联合DBT技术对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。结果:137例患者中,病理诊断86例良性肿瘤,51例恶性肿瘤。FFDM联合DBT诊断的敏感度(84.31%)、特异度(97.67%)、准确度(92.70%)、阳性预测值(95.56%)均高于FFDM单独诊断(66.67%、89.53%、81.02%、79.07%,P<0.05)。结论:FFDM联合DBT诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度均高于FFDM单独诊断,可显著提升临床乳腺癌的诊断准确性,优势更显著,可为临床诊断及治疗方案的制定提供重要参考依据。
