摘要
数控加工仿真技术采取计算机图形显示手段,可以对数控加工过程进行真实的模拟,并呈现出多元化和个性化的性能优势。目前已经大范围应用于CAM、数控系统调试、数控教学、数控机床结构设计验证等领域。依托VR技术开发数控仿真系统,不仅降低了对实地、实物的要求,而且加工功能齐全,有良好的可扩展性、通用的平台效应以及逼真的仿真效果,具有良好的经济价值和社会意义。
CNC machining simulation technology with computer graphics display means can simulate the CNC machining process in a real way,presenting the advantages of diversification and individualization,which has been widely used in many fields such as CAM,CNC system debugging,CNC teaching,structural design verification of CNC machine tools at present.The development of NC simulation system based on VR technology can not only reduce the requirement of field and physical objects,but also have complete processing functions.It has good scalability,universal platform effect and realistic simulation effect,having good economic value and social significance.
