中小型B2C电子商务企业物流配送服务研究

摘要 我国中小型B2C电子商务已经进入高速发展阶段。从中小型B2C电子商务企业对物流服务商依赖性强、技术要求高的特点入手,分析物流对中小型B2C企业交易实现、提高市场竞争力的影响以及中小型B2C企业物流服务“批量小、时效要求高、服务范围广、直接面向客户”的特点,在肯定第三方物流给中小型B2C企业带来诸多优势的同时,也要面对其中存在的一系列问题。 Medium and small-sized B2C e-commerce enterprises have entered a stage of rapid development at present.From the perspectives of the strong dependency of medium and small-sized B2C e-commerce enterprises on logistic service providers and the high technology requirements,this paper analyzes the influences of logistic services on the implementation of transactions and the improvement of market competitiveness of medium and small-sized B2C e-commerce enterprises.It also illustrates the features of medium and small-sized B2C e-commerce enterprises such as the limited quantities,high demand on timeliness,broad range of services,direct confrontation with clients and so on.While confirming various advantages that the third-party logistics brings to medium and small-sized B2C e-commerce enterprises,a series of problems existed should be paid attention to.
