摘要
培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人是新时代高等教育的主要目标。为实现这一目标,必须在坚持文化自觉与文化自信的基础上,重新定位高校人文素质教育的地位、目标及教育策略,完善相关保障措施。要更好地进行顶层设计,明确高校人文素质教育的战略地位;调整素质教育的目标,在原有基础上增加文化自信、社会责任感、网络新媒介素养等内容;培养师资力量与发挥学生主动性,开发网络平台与拓展教育资源,统筹课程设置,注重实践活动等。
It is the main object in the new period to training socialist builders and successors with all-round development in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education.In order to achieve this objective,we must base on cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence to reposition education s status,goal and strategy,and improve relevant safeguard measures.Firstly,to carry out top level design and clarify the strategic status of humanistic quality education in colleges and universities.Secondly,to adjust the objective of quality education and increase the contents of cultural consciousness,social responsibility and new media literacy.Thirdly,to focus on teacher development and give play to students initiative,develop network platform and expand education resources,plan the curriculum setting and pay attention to practice.
