摘要 目的探讨基于移动终端的物联网技术在非发作期支气管哮喘患者管理中的临床效果。方法选取100名门诊确诊的非发作期支气管哮喘患者,按照患者个人意愿入组,分为线上组和线下组各50例。线上组在门诊随访基础上使用手机呼吸慢病健康管理APP进行个性化管理,线下组采用门诊随访的管理模式。结果观察6个月复查时,线上组患者的哮喘控制水平(ACT、ACQ-5)、肺功能通气指标[平均1秒内的用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1%预计值)]较线下组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),线上组患者的医疗费用支出(包括患者、医护人员直接与间接经济支出)少于线下组(P<0.001);观察12个月复查时,线上组患者的ACT、ACQ-5、FEV1%预计值、医疗费用支出指标均优于线下组(P<0.001)。结论借助智能手机为终端的物联网平台为哮喘患者的治疗及疾病管理提供了一种可行的干预方式,它能够巩固患者的治疗效果,提高患者依从性。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Internet of Things technology based on mobile terminal in the management of patients with non-episodic bronchial asthma.Methods 100 patients with non-episodic bronchial asthma diagnosed in outpatient clinic were selected and divided into the online group and the offline group according to their individual wishes.On the basis of traditional outpatient follow-up,the online group used mobile phone health management APP for personalized management of chronic respiratory disease,while the offline group used the management mode of outpatient follow-up.Results There was no significant difference in asthma control level(ACT,ACQ-5)and pulmonary function ventilation index(FEV 1%pre)between the online group and the offline group during 6-month follow-up(P>0.05).But the medical expenditure(including direct and indirect financial expenditure of patients and medical staff)of the online group was better than that of the offline group(P<0.001).During the 12-month follow-up,ACT,ACQ-5,FEV 1%predicted value and medical expenditure of the online group were better than those of the offline group(P<0.001).Conclusion With the help of smart phones,the Internet of Things platform provides a feasible intervention way for the treatment and disease management of asthma patients.It can consolidate the therapeutic effect of patients and improve their compliance.
